Duncan is a seasoned legal veteran. Prior to joining the Law Office of Andrew D. Thomas, Duncan served as the Hunt County District Attorney for twenty-eight years and the first judge of the Hunt County Court at Law No. 2 for another twelve years. When he is not acting as a visiting judge around northeast Texas, Duncan’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and real estate. Duncan resides in Hunt County with his wife of Ginger.
